The path to heaven is a godly one, you will need the strength of Jesus. (Philippians 4:13) The bible needs your undivided attention for you to understand what GOD is trying to convey to you. You see, GOD does not expect you to get to heaven on your own. Jesus wants to walk with you through the narrow gate. (Matthew 7:13-14) The bible was written so you would know exactly how to commit your life to GOD. (Acts 22:16) Heaven is a commitment not for the faint of heart, yet it’s the life blood of those who became Christians.
Discipline is a dish best served with commitment. Discipline will keep you locked in on your studies, prayers, and gaining knowledge from your daily practices. Discipline keeps your spirit focused on what’s important in GOD’s eye. The bible continuously tells us that GOD wants everyone to be saved. (1 Timothy 2:4) How bad does man want to be saved? How much is man willing to give up being right with GOD? There are only two answers to these questions, commit to GOD or be committed to sin.
Consistency is what molds our behavior when it comes to GOD. It’s not enough for us to just hear the word of GOD, we must apply it to our lives. We must have both feet in His church, not dragging one foot outside in the world. The world’s commitment to sin is the stuff of legends and every man and woman gets caught up in its thralls. The world says that human instinct and intuition is not always right, but it makes life interesting. Jesus says my word, will, and way is always right and makes the life of man interested in Him. (Psalm 19:7) Look deep within your heart to be right with GOD. It’s going to take commitment, discipline, and consistency of righteous actions. Can I get an Amen!?
